Joana Mendonça, was until she was named ANI President in 2021, one of CMU Portugal scientific directors. She is an Associate Professor at the Department of Engineering and Management of the Instituto Superior Técnico, where she teaches Innovation Management and Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Economic Engineering as well as project units. She is an investigator at the Centre for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research IN+, and a CMU Portugal Faculty member.
